I get upset stomach and diarrhea after i eat. i am 26 years old. could i have cancer? what tests should i do? blood test? could it just be stress?

Lot of possibilities: Sounds like irritable bowel disorder but if these symptoms persist you should probably see a doctor because of how many possible problems these symptoms relate to. You are young so it's probably not serious, but please get a checkup with your PCP.
