Possible: I would discuss this with your doctor who recommended the nexium (esomeprazole). Alternatively you could just discontinue the drug and see if your symptoms resolve.

YES, BUT...: Yes, those are possible side effects to nexium (esomeprazole), (esomeprazole) but they may represent something that has nothing to do with nexium (esomeprazole). Your doctor will want to know dosage, timing, anything else youre taking and may want to do anexamination. Have the dr check this out. Feel better.
