Proctitis? Colitis?: This probably indicates some sort of inflammation of the rectum or lower colon, especially if there is also pain, discomfort, diarrhea, or a sense of blockage of bowel movements. Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis or proctitis) are possible. Chlamydia, gonorrhea or herpes are possible if at risk for STDs. See a doctor soon. Good luck!
