Multiple extractions: It is common to have multiple extractions at one time. Make sure the dentist knows your medical history and all of your medications. This is very important. Your dentist will do everything possible so you do not have excessive bleeding. Follow all of the post op instructions to make your healing as easy as possible.

Extraction Bleeding: The amount of bleeding varies widely and depends upon the amount of inflammation present, degree of periodontal disease, medications you are taking, expertise of the dentist, and the list goes on and on. In these types of cases it is best to ask the dentist who will be actually treating you. Your own dentist can discuss what you should expect and how to minimize it.

Moderate bleeding: will occur after oral surgery. It is normal to experience blood-tinged saliva24-48 hours after the procedure, as well as slight oozing after eating or brushing your teeth. and it is not uncommon.

Depends: With having any teeth, let alone all of your teeth, you will experience some bleeding. regardless of crowns or not the bleeding is based on your habits (smoking etc), clotting ability, the type of extraction (simple vs surgical) and the skill of the dentist doing the work along with post-operative care by the dentist and patient.
