Ultrasound of what: The right side of the body has lots of interesting areas. In a young lady, ovarian cysts can cause pain. Ultrasound should look for it. Do not forget about the appendix if you still have it. Kidney stones also can cause pain. When in doubt CT is needed as ultrasound can miss some findings CT will see. Talk to your doctor
