? Spinal Stenosis: This may be due to arthritis or stenosis (narrowing) of her cervical spine causing compression and irritation of the spinal cord and nerves in your neck. You should discuss it further with your doctor and if needed see a neurologist.

Nerve symptoms : What you are describing is nerve symptoms from either nerve pressure in the neck or possibly first rib area. There could also be a disease of the nerve like neuropathy causing these symptoms. See your family md for a workup, an MRI of the cervical spine, and a referral to neurologist, neurosurgeon, or ortho spine surgeon.
