Lymph node?: Not a usual place for an infected wsd tooth induced swollen lymph node. You may have infected tooth/teeth or infected gum problem elsewhere. Please seek consultation with an Pral Surgeon.

Lump: We can't properly diagnose the "lump" sight unseen and without x-rays. It sounds like it might be an inflamed or infected lymph node (from wisdom tooth or cause of sore throat), although it could be lots of other things as well. These types of questions should be directed to the dentist actually treating you.
