Tonsil stone or cyst: Tonsil stones are a very common condition caused bacterial colonization (thought to be biofilms) and debris in the crypts of your tonsils. Tonsillectomy (laser cryptolysis, subcapsular tonsillectomy, traditional tonsillectomy) is the only permanent effective treatment. If a cyst it can can resolve on its own but cause foreign body sensation. See your doctor to rule out tomorrow infection

Unrelated: You have concurrent but unrelated problems. See Dentist or Endodontist (Root Canal Specialist) beforechronic toothache becomes roaring abscess. See Physician or Ear/Nose/Throat Specialist to evaluate infected tonsil/throat. Neither problem is self-healing, and the longer you wait the more extensive/expensive the treatment.
