Seek Examination: Unfortunately, your condition requires further examination. A clinical examination correlated with x-rays are needed to determine your ankle sprain grade if you have, in fact, actually sprained your ankle. For now, rest, ice, elevate and protect the extremity until you are able to see your doctor.
