NoNeedToSaltYourFood: All that stuff you mentioned, including your nasal mucus, lung sputum, mouth saliva and whatever else your mucus membranes can cook-up, can and most likely will taste salty.Maybe you're just starting to taste that because your taste buds were blunted to begin with from your stuffy nose or you are now getting dehydrated and the salt content is increasing due to that. In any event, drink more fluids
