See your doctor: ovarian and uterine pain can be common around menstrual period, and feel like colon, although colon itself can be involved with various causes such as constipation or rare endometriosis. If persistent/recurrent, see your doctor to address treatable causes. Happy to consult but would need more info on past medical/surgical history, current medicines, etc.
