See your doctor: I am glad to hear you are not dead. I would not be surprised that your head still hurts after this. I strongly suggest seeing your doctor. You have a small chance of having a subdural hematoma or bruised brain tissue. More likely you have a post concussion syndrome and muscular strain. Rest, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) and warm compress/ massage for neck and you might expect gradual improvement. Get well!
