Go to Trauma II Ctr.: You need to be eval by Trauma Surgeon and get CT of head and neck. One CT is worth a 1000 paramedic evaluations

Go to. ER: some of what you describe is not alarming. However , did the window break? Are you having any. Headache, blurred vision? Probably woth going to ER if any of those Symptoms are present. Ice to the head and neck can help decrease pain and swelling. Tylenol (acetaminophen) can help with pain. You may feel more sore tomorrow. Loss of balance, difficulty thinking, responding to questions are signs of concern.
