It depends: To answer your question, you will need to get a blood test called an ANTIBODY SCREEN. If there are no Rh antibodies seen in this test, then missing the anti-D injection last time did not cause any harm. There will be no side effects and you and the baby will be fine. If there are antibodies present, then the baby is at risk and you will need to be followed by a high risk ob specialist.
