Have you seen a dr?: If you have regular intercourse during the time of the month when your wife is ovulating for one year without conceiving, that is considered a fertility problem. I recommend you see a fertility specialist if possible. The problem could just be with the timing and frequency of sex, but if that is not a problem, then there could be an issue with either or both of you. Sometimes it is simple.
