Maybe miscarriage: If the bleeding is light and limited to a few days, this may be okay and a normal pregnancy. However if bleeding is heavy like a period and ongoing, you may be miss carrying. The rate of miscarriage in the first 12 weeks is 20%, or one in five confirmed pregnancy. Check in with your midwife, sweetie. If you do miscarry, it's a big deal for women. Tke time to process and grieve.

Does not compute: Pregnancy tests should definitely be positive at 7 weeks so it is unclear how the midwife confirmed a pregnancy. As long as you are feeling ok you should be able to watch and wait until the situation becomes more clear.
