It is likely that: the pain you are experiencing is from nerve compression in your back or hip. Unless you have additional reasons like trauma or infection or prolonged immobility it is unlikely you have a DVT. Regardless, if you are having this much concern you should see your health care provider for evaluation.

Pain`: this is unlikely to be a deep vein thrombosis, and seems more likely to be a nerve compression perhaps sciatica. If concerned I would recommend a venous Doppler sonogram be done to determine if a deep vein thrombosis exists.
