Invest in health!: Most young men who want to gain weight want to gain muscle. Focus on healthy diet--fruits, vegetables, oatmeal--and especially protein: eggs, beans, lentils, fish, low fat dairy products. Probably need at least 2400 cal/day. I do not recommend herbal supplements for healthy weight gain. And NOW is the best time to commit to life balance: being fit and eating healthy are investments you must make!
