Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen: Control the fever with Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen., tepid sponging and adequate fluids. If the child develops a sore throat, headache, body ache & chills or abdominal pain, have your Pediatrician evaluate.
