My 2 year old daughter has a fever and no other symptoms. she is lathargic and wont eat. what could this be? she doesn't really have any other symptoms she just wont eat and is very lathargic. i don't have a thermometer so i don't know how high the fever

Several symptoms: You say fever and nothing else. Lethargy, loss of appetite are such symptoms. Depending upon the amount of fever and length of other problems an md consult is warranted. Keep her well hydrated until she can be seen. Good luck!
