Headaches may result: from all 3 meds Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine), Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) (acetaminophen/hydrocodone), Elavil (amitriptyline), rheumatoid arthritis, Iron deficiency anemia, ovarian cyst and stress. Using amitriptyline together with hydrocodone may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Seek evaluation. Use lifestyle changes and stress reduction.
