My GP gave me Amitriptyline (Elavil)as i have 6-8 Migraine Auras a month but no Headache I thought Elavil was more for Migraine Headache?Ideas please?

Still migraine: Auras and HA component of migraines would be expected to respond to the same treatment as they are part of the same process
