Not really: Am sure there are many "waivered" physicians on Sermo who can legally prescribe buprenorphine for addiction treatment, but nobody should prescribe to a patient they have not personally seen and examined. www.samhsa.gov has a link to a site where physicians are listed by state and town, and I would recommend starting with that.
