Im stable on suboxone for 6 years chronically for pain management for my severe crohn's disease but am in need of a new doctor i don't want to be treated as a drug addict ive never had a problem with opiates. how can i find a new doctor to prescribe?

You get a referral from your regular doc and or look into a pain management specialist. Many states now have pre-prescription verification systems where no opiates or other abusable drugs can be prescribed before the docs check a linked database run by the state. The abuse of the system by others will mean whoever you use will be following strict guidelines to keep their license. Get use to it.
