Although that seems: to be a little high it is still basically within a normal range. A 24 hour monitor would be useful to see if this is persistent throughout the day or only during awake hours. It is unlikely there is anything wrong with your heart. I suspect it would be reassuring to see a health care provider and be thoroughly evaluated.

HR is OK.: A resting heart rate between 60-100 is normal. It would be towards the lower end in people who are well conditioned through exercise. So your heart rate is normal.
