Not necessarily : You may be athletic and your resting heart rate could be lower -- so how are you feeling when the heart rate is lower ?

I have newly diagnosed afib. Is there any relation to anxiousness or nervousness? Heart rate will be fine, but I'll randomly feel nervous or have a scared feeling. Metoprolol seemed to help me feel calm at first, but not now. It does help heart rate.
I was prescribed Inderal 10mg for my anxiety symptoms. I.e, rapid heart rate and tingly nervousness. I only took it for a week, can I stop it right now? I already take Celexa 20mg for depression, i felt the inderal was making it worse?
