Coughing & stomach: burn. Sounds like you need a visit to your doctor. it MAY be reflux but there are other possibilities. If you can stop yelling it can lower your overall stress level. Peace and good health.

I think: "yelling or speaking fast/loud" could precipitate throat irritation and a cough; there's nothing about that that would suggest acid reflux. However, the second set of symptoms...chest pain and "weird stomach burn" could definitely be related to reflux. Would be ok to restrict acid foods (fried food, alcohol, high fat meat/dairy products, caffeine) and try OTC anti-acids for 7-10 days. Then to Doc!
