First make sure pain: is due to hernia not some other pelvic problem see a gynecologist first . If you have no other problem get the hernia repaired a simple out patient procedure .

Hi there, Over the last 5 months I've lost around 30 lbs of weight. As my body is slimmer, I noticed a small lump in my groin area about 4/5 inches below belly button.
