As a hypochondriac: you should visit your MD and see if anything really is wrong. Likely you do not have a blood clot if there is no reason for it, but you'll need reassurance from someone medically competent. THEN, if you have a clean bill of health, seek out mental health TX with a psychologist and maybe a psychiatrist, if anxiety or depression or other more severe mental health sx's are present. CBT is best.

Hypochondriasis: I understand your concern. Speak out loud, “I have MILD calf pain, Its ACTUALLY getting better” Change your thinking from, “I am Hypochondriac” to “Reality is that I do not have pain, swelling, redness or tenderness in my calf muscle” Exercise, control your weight, do not smoke, and drink lot of fluids. See Gynecologist if you are taking Birth control pills. See Psychiatrist for Therapy.
