See your MD: Stuffy nose & sore throat both indicate an ENT source- they could be associated with a change in taste- Your MD / ENT is best qualified to diagnose. You may want to rule out any dental source for the metallic flavor such as leaking restorations, broken Dillon's or decayed teeth!
