Not sure what lumps: look like but you would need for a doctor to look at it. Lumps can be infection, cyst, lipoma, lymph nodes (most likely). You can watch it to see if it would go back down or get worse too, if it's not causing any trouble. Enlarged lymph nodes should decrease in size or disappear after 3-4 weeks.
