I had a up very early ultrasound done today, i'm 3.5 weeks pregnant max, but the us showed a 5 week sac, could it be twins?

Too early: Dating for pregnancies is most accurate in women who have regular periods and who record them. Ultrasound dating is less accurate. If you are 3.5 weeks maximum by estimated period dating, the ultrasound could be 1 week over or under. It may be estimating a 5 week sac but it is still a bit too early to tell. A very exciting time but give it a bit more time and you will know soon!
