How severe?: Yikes! the itching. There are so many kinds of itchy, red, bumps rashes that it needs to be examined to narrow it down. Bug bites, poison ivy, eczema and hives are likely possibilities. Hydrocortisone cream, oral antihistamines may help. If not see your doctor. High quality photos taken before changes from scratching occur are helpful.
