I have itchy rashes, small pink and white bumps, only on my arms and legs. Not applying anything atm. What should I do and what cud it be?

Moisturize your skin: Rashes can be dry skin. Avoid hot too much soap baths. Moisturize with simple skin oils such as vaseline after each bath of once per day. Be nice to you skin, wear sunscreen if you are white. Do not scratch? Avoid all other chemical skin applications.
