i have small itchy bumps like rashes on my back, legs, stomache&now starting on my arms.. they begin as a little redspot and then grow into a rash.

Lots of causes: for your rash. Commonly, allergic rash present as itchy bumps . Yeast, bacteria or ringworm can also occur. Shingles are usually localized and painful bumps. Less common are Lupus or drug reaction. Please consult dermatologist.

Rash: Did you change detergent? Are the " bumps" very small-? Do you have a pet? Sounds like fleas if not itchy and all over.
