No: As average time in braces is 18 months, you were in braces an inordinately long time. Teeth should not be loose. Were you treated by an Orthodontic Specislist? Why don't you have twe retainers? Do you see a General Dentist for routine care? If you have loose teeth it's important that you see a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist, fast. This will quickly get worse without care. Go now.

No, see orthodontist: If your teeth seem to be loose longer than 3-4 month after the braces come off, you should have your orthodontist evaluate you for bite trauma or gum disease and refer you to a periodontist. See your orthodontist/dentist ASAP.
