Active Hawley appliance will work only when the lingual wire is removed .

Specialist Orthodontist will have to remove lingual wire, front teeth repositioned either with an active removable retainer such as a Hawley, or by fixed appliances, or by removable trays, and then in all probability a new lingual wire will be necessary in conjunction with your removable retainer. Additionally, Periodontist may have to adjust gum tissue.Or the space could simply be bonded closed.
