See ortho: When the wrist is inflamed , it may radiate the pain to the shoulder. When there is nerve compression near the shoulder area, it can lead to pain at the wrist. It is unlikely to be from allergy shots and I would recommend that you consult an orthopedist to locate the source for this pain
