A member asked:

Feet really sweaty in summer so much my feet slip out of sandals but in the winter they are always really cold and can't get warm?

Cold feet: The cold feet are caused by vasoconstriction of the blood vessels in your feet as the body is attempting to shunt blood from the peripheral areas to the center of your body because of the cold temperatures. This reflex is more active in some people and also affects the hands and tip of the nose.
