Cold hands & feet: is a common symptom of anxiety. Anxiety causes the body to go into a "flight or fight" response, preparing the body to get away from whatever is causing the anxiety. Heart rate increases, blood supply is shifted to the heart and muscles and away from the skin. This is felt most in the hands and feet as these are farthest from the heart.
