Poor circulation: It could be poor circulation. If it has been remarked by those who take your blood pressure that it seems low and you have a history of frequent wooziness with position change, this could be it. If ever hypothermia(frostbite) it can cause a sensitivity - autonomic. Raynaud's syndrome can involve the feet - characterized by blanching white then purple with cold exposure.
