Autonomic neuropathy: Moistness in the hands come from the autonomic nervous system. It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of dysfunction of the autonomic nerves. Tingling is often a sign of peripheral neuropathy. You may need nerve conduction studies and lab tests.
