10 medications at: one time for major depression? Are they all from the same doctor? If you have multiple doctors, are you communicating w/them so they all know what you are taking? Have hormonal and other biological conditions been investigated? ECT can be ordered by a good psychiatrist but be sure to explore all other routes first. Peace and good health.

Polypharmacy?: Ten meds for severe depression is too much and probably making you feel worse. If one doctor is prescribing all ten meds for you at the same time, seek another opinion. You need to pare down the list of meds you're on with a board-certified psychiatrist. I hope this helps. All the best.
