Time to see doc..: Antidepressants/antipsychotics have significant side effects and choosing an appropriate medication along with adequate therapy/support are important in treating psychiatric illness/depression etc...I strongly advise you to consult doc asap to see which medication is best for your case, and that you can be monitored. It is not easy to deal with depression, but there is help. Please consult doc.

Trash the stash: I would recommend you contact your psychiatrist first. Also, trash the stash. It is not a good idea for you or other people who may be in your house, especially children and potentially suicidal friends for you to hold onto your old meds. Dispose of them properly using the guidelines recommended by your local police. At least that is how it is done in wisconsin.

No: It is best to discuss you current health status with your doctor. Things such as changes in other prescription medication could effect the treatment that is recommended.
