Yet another Doctor: It's not easy - but it sounds like you need to keep searching for a provider who can think outside that box. Consider a seeing a psychologist who can refer you for a full physical exam based on the fact that any possible depression is either being well treated or is not there. Second opinion: You might want to see another health care provider, since you seem to be prescribed the same medications. You may also want to use the words when describing your symptoms as you have here, "...not depressed just tired."

FATIGUE: You are describing depressive symptoms. First have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM.com sessions. Research indicates with psychotherapy you can change & find better coping mechanisms. If there is a biological reason you are depressed please see a Psychiatrist for medication.
