Several studies: recently have all come out with the same conclusion: eating less, exercising more will lower weight ! Imagine eating 20 tons of south beach a day! Not Good ! The type of diet is largely irrelevant. The addiction world is just starting to get the concept that finding where you mess up and learning from it is the main thing.
