Expensive Candy Bars: Most of the so called healthy bars are no more than expensive candy bars with some vitamins thrown in to fool the uninformed public. Do yourself a favor - if you are hungry, eat real food. If you are not hungry don't eat. If you are trying to lose weight avoid starches and sugars and eat nutrient dense foods like low starch vegetables and lean meats.
