Small changes: Strict diets create a sense of deprivattion making them hard to stick to. Making small changes in your diet and adding activity to your daily routine is easier to stick with as well as healthier. An example could be switching fo skim milk and walking for 15 min. initially, then adding another small change, etc. This is more likely to build good habits at a rate that you and your body can tolerat
