Serotonin syndrome occurs when you have too much serotonin, typically from high doses of serotonin medications or from multiple medications that increase serotonin. The burning/numb sensation is most likely due to the loss of the pill coating and your tongue/mouth being exposed to unbuffered medication.

Nope: At that low of a dose, should be no problem at all ... Unless you're taking a lot of other serotonergic medications. Hope that helps!
