Left sided pain: May be constipation ( fluids) , reflux, try ranitidine/ prevecid, or pleurisy- irritation of membrane over lungs, or costochondritis irritation of the rib junctions-Motrin may help for pleurisy and costochondritis (motrin worsens gastritis so take w/ ranitidines.) may need abx like zithromax for mycoplasma rarely could be clot especially if smoke or on BCP. f/u with doc/ urgent care today
